ALLEY RAT CROWNED WINNER OF H-D’s 2018 BATTLE OF THE KINGS
The crowned winner of the 2018 Battle of the Kings, is none other than Sycamore Harley-Davidson’s, stripped back Alley Rat.
An expert panel of judges at the London Motorcycle Show, chose the winner from the five finalists voted by the public out of 15 contenders.
Having made the final five in 2017, the Peterborough dealership’s build team, including resident bike builder, Todd Meynell decided on a raw, stripped back Sportster Forty-Eight.
The urban brawler shared the stage with other finalists: Maidstone Harley-Davidson, Guildford Harley-Davidson, Shaw Harley-Davidson and West Coast Harley-Davidson.
The custom Softail Street Bob, Ottaway, built by Maidstone Harley-Davidson took second place, while West Coast Harley-Davidson’s Enlisted finished the top three.
Alley Rat is now poised to go head-to-head with other national finalists in a grand finale at EICMA later this year.
