How we use your information

Your information will be added to the Motor Insurance Database, run by the Motor Insurers Information Centre (MIIC). Your information may also be passed to other motoring databases, the Police or a professional body (e.g. Solicitor), if requested. If you do not wish for your information to be used for the purpose of marketing or advertising, please tick the relevant boxes in the marketing statement within the quotation.
Protecting your privacy
At Bike Devil Insurance we are committed to protecting your privacy, therefore we have strict security measures in place to protect the information you provide us with. For this reason, when you telephone us you will be asked a number of security questions for identification purposes.
When you register on the Bike Devil Insurance website, you will be asked for a password and email address. This is a method used by us to identify you. Your user password and email address are personal to you and will be requested each time you want to access your policy information online.
Your password must be kept confidential and you must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders submitted under your password. Any breach in the security of a user name and password must be notified to us immediately.
You have the right to access your personal information and records that we hold on our files. If you would like a copy of your file, please write to us at the address below, enclosing a cheque for £10 in the UK and £6.35 in Ireland. The cheque must be made payable to: Bike Devil Ltd:

Monitoring of telephone calls and email
If you contact us by telephone your call may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes.
